Stephan Schröck, born on August 21, 1986, is a talented association football player and coach, currently showcasing his skills as an attacking midfielder or winger for One Taguig in the Philippines Football League. Originally hailing from Germany, he began his football journey as a youth international for his home country before making a significant switch to represent the Philippines at the senior level.
Schröck's professional career took off in Germany with Greuther Fürth, where he was part of the squad that celebrated victory in the 2011–12 2. Bundesliga. His journey continued in the Bundesliga, featuring for clubs such as 1899 Hoffenheim and Eintracht Frankfurt, before returning to Greuther Fürth in 2014.
In 2016, he made a pivotal move to the Philippines, initially joining Ceres, which later became United City, on loan. His impact was immediate, helping the club secure four consecutive Philippines Football League titles from 2017 to 2020. Notably, he earned the prestigious Golden Ball award in the last two seasons of this remarkable run.
