Steve Lund, born on January ninth, nineteen eighty-nine, is a talented Canadian actor renowned for his captivating performances on television. He gained significant recognition for his portrayal of Nick Sorrentino in the acclaimed series Bitten, which aired from two thousand fourteen to two thousand sixteen, and for his role as Jake in the beloved show Schitt's Creek from two thousand sixteen to two thousand twenty.
Before embarking on his acting career, Lund was a promising ice hockey player. He played in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League for teams such as the P.E.I. Rocket, now known as the Charlottetown Islanders, and the Halifax Mooseheads. Unfortunately, his hockey career was cut short in two thousand eight due to a series of concussions, leading him to seek new opportunities.
Shortly after leaving hockey, Lund discovered his passion for acting and began taking classes in Vancouver. This decision marked the beginning of a successful transition into the entertainment industry. He has since appeared in various Hallmark Channel films and television series, including notable roles in Haven and Reign, as well as a leading part in the reboot of Street Legal.
