The band achieved remarkable success, with five singles reaching the top thirty of the UK charts between 1981 and 1982. Their most famous track, "Fade to Grey," became a defining anthem of the era, peaking at number eight in February 1981.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Steve Strange was also a nightclub host and promoter, playing a significant role in shaping the nightlife culture of his time.
