Sue Foley

Sue Foley, born on March twenty-ninth, nineteen sixty-eight, is a distinguished Canadian blues guitarist and singer-songwriter celebrated for her unique Texas blues style and acoustic finesse. With a career spanning decades, she has garnered acclaim as a five-time Blues Music Award winner in the Traditional Blues Female category and is also a Juno recipient.

Foley's musical journey has seen her share the stage with legendary artists such as B.B. King and Buddy Guy, showcasing her exceptional talent and passion for the blues. In two thousand twenty-four, she released 'One Guitar Woman: A Tribute to The Female Pioneers of Guitar,' which earned a nomination for the Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Album in two thousand twenty-five.
