Sunny Duval

François "Sunny" Duval, born on December eleventh, nineteen seventy-two, is a multifaceted Canadian artist known for his talents as a writer, singer, guitarist, and songwriter. His musical journey has seen him become a prominent figure in the rock genre, particularly through his association with the band Les Breastfeeders.

In addition to his work with Les Breastfeeders, Duval has showcased his versatility by performing under the alias "Pierre Rival" in the duo Les Freres Rivaux alongside Damien Robitaille, who takes on the persona of "Michel Rival." This collaboration highlights his ability to blend different musical styles and engage with diverse audiences.

As a solo artist, Sunny Duval has released four albums, each reflecting his unique artistic vision. His album, Sein Noir, Sein Blanc, released in two thousand ten, garnered significant acclaim, winning the award for best rock and roll album at the prestigious GAMIQ (Gala Alternatif de la Musique Indépendante du Québec) Awards.
