Susanne Sundfør

Susanne Sundfør, born on March nineteenth, nineteen eighty-six, in Haugesund, Norway, is a celebrated singer-songwriter and record producer. She began her musical journey in two thousand five, captivating audiences with her unique sound and powerful performances.

Her self-titled debut album, released in two thousand seven, quickly climbed to number three on the Norwegian album chart. This was followed by a live album, Take One, in two thousand eight, which featured songs from her debut. Sundfør's second studio album, The Brothel, launched in two thousand ten, marked a significant turning point in her career, reaching number one in Norway and becoming the best-selling album of that year. The album showcased a bold shift towards a more electronic sound, with its title track achieving number two on the Norwegian singles charts, the highest position of her career at that time.
