Suzanne Bonamici

Suzanne Bonamici, born on October fourteenth, nineteen fifty-four, is a prominent American lawyer and politician. She currently serves as the U.S. representative for Oregon's first congressional district, a position she has held since her election in a special election in two thousand twelve. This district encompasses a significant portion of Portland west of the Willamette River, including many of the city's western suburbs such as Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and Lake Oswego.

Before her tenure in Congress, Bonamici made her mark in state politics. She represented the seventeenth district in the Oregon State Senate from two thousand eight to two thousand eleven.
