Suzie LeBlanc

Suzie LeBlanc, born in 1961, is a distinguished Canadian soprano renowned for her expertise in early music. Her passion for music has not only led her to perform on prestigious stages but also to share her knowledge as an educator.

From 2016 to 2020, she imparted her wisdom to students at McGill University, nurturing the next generation of musicians. In 2021, she took on the role of Artistic and Executive Director of Early Music Vancouver, further solidifying her commitment to the promotion of early music.

In recognition of her significant contributions to music and Acadian culture, Suzie was honored as a member of the Order of Canada in 2014. Her dedication to her craft and her cultural heritage continues to inspire many.
