Sviatoslav Vakarchuk

Sviatoslav Vakarchuk, born on May fourteenth, nineteen seventy-five, is a prominent Ukrainian musician and politician, best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Okean Elzy. His contributions to music have made him one of the most successful artists in Ukraine, captivating audiences with his powerful voice and poignant lyrics.

He served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine and founded the political party Voice in May two thousand nineteen. He is the son of Ivan Vakarchuk, a respected professor of physics at Lviv University and a former Minister of Education and Science in Ukraine.
