Sylvain Charlebois

Sylvain Charlebois, born on March thirtieth, nineteen seventy, is a prominent Canadian economist and researcher specializing in food distribution and policy. He holds a significant position at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he has made substantial contributions to the field of food economics.

As a former dean of the Faculty of Management at Dalhousie, Charlebois has demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic prowess. He is widely recognized for his expertise and is affectionately known as 'The Food Professor' among peers and the public alike.
