T-Pain

Faheem Rashad Najm, widely recognized as T-Pain, was born on September 30, 1984. He is an influential American singer, rapper, songwriter, and record producer, celebrated for his innovative use of Auto-Tune pitch correction. T-Pain's unique approach to blending R&B and hip-hop has significantly shaped the genre, particularly in the 2000s, where he became a defining figure in rap-singing.

His musical journey began with the hip-hop group Nappy Headz, but it was his solo career that catapulted him to fame. In two thousand four, he released his debut mixtape, Back @ It, and the following year, he signed with Akon's Konvict Muzik. T-Pain's breakthrough came with his debut single, "I'm Sprung," which achieved commercial success, reaching number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning platinum certification from the RIAA.

His debut studio album, Rappa Ternt Sanga, released in two thousand five, featured hit singles like "I'm 'n Luv (wit a Stripper)" and solidified his place in the music industry. T-Pain's second album, Epiphany, released in two thousand seven, topped the US Billboard 200 and included the chart-topping single "Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')". Despite mixed reviews for his subsequent albums, including Three Ringz and Revolver, he continued to enjoy success as a featured artist on numerous top ten singles.

Beyond his solo work, T-Pain has made significant contributions as a guest performer, collaborating on hits such as "Kiss Kiss" and "Low," the latter of which received diamond certification.
