Takako Shimazu

Takako Shimazu, born on March second, nineteen thirty-nine, is a distinguished figure in Japanese history, known for her noble lineage and contributions as a pundit and board member. As the youngest daughter of Emperor Shōwa and Empress Kōjun, she holds a unique place in the Imperial House of Japan, being the sister of Emperor Emeritus Akihito and the aunt of the current Emperor Naruhito.
