Tarik Sektioui

Tarik Sektioui, born on May thirteenth, nineteen seventy-seven, is a distinguished Moroccan football coach and former professional player. Currently, he manages the Oman national team, bringing a wealth of experience from his extensive playing career.

Throughout his time as a player, Sektioui showcased his talents primarily in the Netherlands and Portugal. He made a significant impact in the Eredivisie, where he played one hundred and forty-two matches and scored twenty-nine goals over eight seasons with clubs such as Willem II, AZ, and RKC. His time in Portugal was equally fruitful, where he achieved several honors with FC Porto.

As a full international for Morocco, Sektioui represented his country at the two thousand eight Africa Cup of Nations, contributing to the national team's efforts on a prestigious platform.

Transitioning into management in two thousand thirteen, Sektioui has had three successful spells with Maghreb de Fès, where he clinched the Moroccan Throne Cup in two thousand sixteen. His coaching prowess was further demonstrated when he led RS Berkane to victory in the CAF Confederation Cup during the two thousand nineteen to twenty season. Additionally, he has managed several other clubs in the Botola Pro and had a brief stint in the UAE Pro League with Emirates Club.
