Teddy Park, born on September fourteenth, nineteen seventy-eight, is a prominent Korean-American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer who has made significant contributions to the South Korean music scene. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, he moved to the United States with his family at a young age. At seventeen, he returned to South Korea with his friend Taebin to audition for YG Entertainment, where both were signed immediately, marking the beginning of his illustrious music career.
In nineteen ninety-eight, Teddy debuted as a member of the hip hop group 1TYM alongside friends Danny, Jinhwan, and Baekyoung. The group released five studio albums, with Teddy serving as the primary songwriter and producer.
