Jaten Collin Dimsdale, known to the world as Teddy Swims, is an American singer-songwriter born on September 25, 1992. He has captivated audiences with his unique blend of R&B, soul, hip-hop, and contemporary pop music. Teddy first gained recognition in 2019 and 2020 by sharing his song covers on YouTube, where his powerful voice and emotive performances quickly attracted a dedicated fanbase.

In 2022, Teddy Swims released his third extended play, Tough Love, marking his debut on the Billboard 200. This achievement set the stage for his rise to prominence in 2023, particularly with the release of the hit single "Lose Control."
