She made history on April nineteenth, two thousand fifteen, by becoming the first Brazilian in twenty-seven years to clinch a title on the WTA Tour, triumphing over Yaroslava Shvedova in Bogotá with a score of seven-six, six-one.

Her remarkable career saw her achieve a career-high singles ranking of world No. 43 on October nineteenth, two thousand fifteen, following her second title victory at Florianópolis, where she defeated German player Annika Beck in a thrilling three-set match. Throughout her journey, Pereira amassed a total of twenty-two singles and ten doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

As a dedicated member of the Brazil Fed Cup team, now known as the Billie Jean King Cup, she has been one of the most prominent representatives of her country, participating in twenty-six matches and securing victories in all, including seventeen in singles and nine in doubles.
