Teppo Numminen

Teppo Numminen, born on July third, nineteen sixty-eight, is a distinguished Finnish former professional ice hockey defenceman. His career spanned several notable teams, including Tappara and TuTo in the SM-liiga, as well as the Winnipeg Jets, Phoenix Coyotes, Dallas Stars, and Buffalo Sabres in the National Hockey League (NHL).

Throughout his career, Numminen showcased his exceptional skills on the ice, earning recognition not only in the NHL but also on the international stage. He proudly represented the Finland men's national ice hockey team, contributing to the sport's rich history in his home country.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to ice hockey, Teppo Numminen was inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame in two thousand thirteen, solidifying his legacy as one of the sport's greats. Beyond his playing days, he has also transitioned into coaching and business, further demonstrating his passion for the game.
