Tessa Cieplucha, born on September twenty-fourth, nineteen ninety-eight, is a distinguished Canadian swimmer renowned for her prowess in the individual medley. With a remarkable career, she has clinched gold medals in the women’s 400m Individual Medley at both the 2021 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.

As a dedicated athlete, Cieplucha is currently a Senior National Team member for Swimming Canada. Her journey began with her national team debut at the 2014 FINA World Junior Open Water Swimming Championships, where she showcased her talent in the 1,500m freestyle. The following year, she competed at the 2015 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships, finishing in fifteenth place.
