Therese Zenz

Therese Zenz, born on October fifteenth, nineteen thirty-two, is a distinguished figure in the world of canoe sprinting. Hailing from Saar, Germany, she made her mark on the international stage by representing the United Team of Germany in three Olympic Games: nineteen fifty-two, nineteen fifty-six, and nineteen sixty.

In the nineteen fifty-two Olympics, Zenz competed for Saar, where she showcased her talent in the K-1 500 metres event, finishing in ninth place. However, it was in the subsequent Olympics that she truly shone, earning three silver medals in nineteen fifty-six and nineteen sixty, solidifying her status as one of the top athletes in her sport.

Beyond her Olympic achievements, Zenz also excelled at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships, where she claimed a gold medal in the K-1 500 metres in nineteen fifty-four while representing Saar.
