Tina Modotti

Tina Modotti, born on August 17, 1896, was a multifaceted Italian and American artist whose talents spanned photography, modeling, acting, and revolutionary activism. Leaving her native Italy in 1913, she settled in San Francisco with her father and sister, where she initially worked as a seamstress and model.
