Tom Kristensen

Tom Kristensen, born on July seventh, nineteen sixty-seven, is a celebrated Danish former racing driver and voice actor. Renowned for his exceptional skills on the track, he holds the remarkable record for the most wins at the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, with a total of nine victories. His dominance in this grueling endurance race includes an impressive streak of six consecutive wins from two thousand to two thousand five.

Kristensen's journey to Le Mans glory began in nineteen ninety-seven when he joined the Joest Racing team as a late replacement for Davy Jones, who had suffered an accident. Driving the Tom Walkinshaw Racing-designed Porsche WSC-95, he clinched his first victory. Following this, all of his subsequent wins were achieved in Audi prototypes, with the exception of two thousand three, when he drove a Bentley prototype. Notably, in both nineteen ninety-nine and two thousand seven, Kristensen's team faced heartbreak as they crashed out while leading the race.

Beyond Le Mans, Kristensen has also made his mark at the 12 Hours of Sebring, where he holds the record for the most wins, totaling six.
