Tom Morello

Tom Morello, born on May thirtieth, nineteen sixty-four, in Harlem, New York City, is a multifaceted American musician renowned for his innovative guitar techniques and fervent political activism. Raised in Libertyville, Illinois, Morello's passion for music and social issues blossomed during his high school years, leading him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Harvard University.

Morello's musical journey took a significant turn after the disbandment of his previous band, Lock Up, when he joined forces with Zack de la Rocha to form Rage Against the Machine. This collaboration propelled them to the forefront of the music scene in the nineteen nineties, establishing them as one of the most influential metal acts of the era. His unique guitar playing style, characterized by feedback noise and unconventional techniques, earned him a spot as number eighteen on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the greatest guitarists of all time.
