Tomas Venclova

Tomas Venclova, born on September eleventh, nineteen thirty-seven, is a distinguished Lithuanian poet, prose writer, and scholar. As one of the five founding members of the Lithuanian Helsinki Group, Venclova played a pivotal role in advocating for human rights and freedom of expression in Lithuania.
