Raised in Hillsborough, California, Toni's passion for racing ignited at the tender age of nine when she began competing in go-karts. After five years of honing her skills in go-kart racing, she transitioned to the USAC Western US Asphalt Midget Series at the age of fifteen in two thousand fourteen, where she showcased her talent by winning the series championship just two years later.

In two thousand seventeen, after graduating high school, Breidinger relocated to North Carolina to shift her focus from open-wheel racing to stock car racing. For four years, she primarily raced in late models, building a solid foundation in the sport. In two thousand twenty-one, she redirected her efforts towards the ARCA Racing Series, where she raced with Venturini Motorsports for the majority of her ARCA career, achieving an impressive record of four top-fives and twenty-seven top-tens over four seasons.

In two thousand twenty-five, Toni made the leap to full-time competition in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series with Tricon Garage, marking a significant milestone in her racing journey.
