Visconti's breakthrough came in nineteen seventy with T. Rex's hit single 'Ride a White Swan,' marking the start of a fruitful partnership with Marc Bolan. However, it is his extensive work with the iconic David Bowie that stands out, as he produced and occasionally performed on many of Bowie's albums from nineteen sixty-eight until Bowie's final project, 'Blackstar,' released in two thousand sixteen.
