Trevor Meier, born on July seventh, nineteen seventy-three, in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, is a retired ice hockey left winger known for his impressive career in Swiss hockey. Growing up in Burlington, Ontario, he honed his skills in the local rep hockey system before making a pivotal decision to play for Nelson High School at the age of sixteen.
In the summer of nineteen ninety-two, Trevor's talent caught the attention of the coach of Herisau SC during an open 'free-skate' tryout. Impressed by his abilities, the coach invited him to join the team in Switzerland, where he began his journey in the Swiss B league. His first year in Herisau was a success, leading to a contract with SC Bern in nineteen ninety-three.
Trevor's career flourished in the Swiss Nationalliga A, where he played for several teams, including SC Bern, HC Lugano, SC Lausanne, SC Langnau, EV Zug, and HC Ambri-Piotta.
