Troy Kotsur

Troy Kotsur, born on July twenty-fourth, nineteen sixty-eight, is a distinguished American actor and film director who has made significant contributions to the entertainment industry. Born deaf, Kotsur embarked on his acting journey in the late nineteen eighties with the National Theatre of the Deaf, showcasing his talent and passion for performance.

His television career began in two thousand one with a guest appearance on the series Strong Medicine, while his film debut came in the two thousand seven thriller The Number 23. Kotsur's remarkable talent has earned him numerous accolades, including a BAFTA Award, an Academy Award, and a nomination for a Golden Globe Award, highlighting his impact on both stage and screen.

In two thousand three, Kotsur made his Broadway debut in a revival of Big River, further solidifying his status as a versatile performer.
