Tse Chi Lop

Tse Chi Lop, born on October twenty-fifth, nineteen sixty-three, is a notorious figure in the world of organized crime, recognized as a drug lord and the alleged leader of the Asia-Pacific crime syndicate known as Sam Gor, or 'The Company'. His criminal career began in his hometown of Guangzhou, where he became involved in organized crime at a young age. After immigrating to Canada in nineteen eighty-eight and obtaining citizenship, Tse's illicit activities escalated, particularly in heroin trafficking from Southeast Asia to North America.

In nineteen ninety-eight, Tse faced his first major legal setback when he was arrested and subsequently sentenced to nine years in a U.S. prison. Following his release, he relocated to Hong Kong in twenty-eleven, where he established Sam Gor and shifted his focus to the burgeoning synthetic drug market. Tse's intelligence and diplomatic approach allowed him to operate under the radar, amassing significant wealth while reshaping drug smuggling operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

By twenty nineteen, Sam Gor was generating billions of U.S. dollars annually from the trade of methamphetamine and other synthetic drugs, controlling nearly half of the Asia-Pacific drug market and over seventy percent of the Australian drug trade. Tse's organization has been linked to a significant shift in drug preferences in the region, moving away from opium-based substances like heroin towards synthetics such as methamphetamine, ketamine, and fentanyl.

Despite his wealth and influence, Tse maintained a low profile, remaining largely unknown to law enforcement until his associates were captured. His notoriety grew when he became a wanted man in Australia for his role in the local meth supply. After a period of surveillance in Taiwan during the COVID-19 pandemic, Tse was arrested by Dutch National Police at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on January twenty-second, twenty twenty-one, while attempting to return to Canada. He was extradited to Australia on December twenty-second, twenty twenty-two, and is currently awaiting trial.
