Uffie

Anna-Catherine Hartley, known to the world as Uffie, was born on December 9, 1987. This American and French artist has made a significant mark in the music industry as a singer, songwriter, rapper, DJ, and fashion designer. Uffie gained prominence while signed to the renowned French electronic music label, Ed Banger Records, where her unique sound began to flourish.

Uffie's music is a vibrant blend of genres, incorporating elements of synthpop, acid house, and alternative dance, often described as a fusion of electro, rap, and nu skool. She is perhaps best recognized for her hit single 'Pop the Glock' and her collaboration with Justice on 'TThhEe PPaARRtTYY', which featured on their Grammy-nominated album, Cross. Her live performances have been noted for their Warholian flair, captivating audiences with their artistic expression.

In 2010, Uffie released her debut album, Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans, which received critical acclaim and was nominated for Best Electronic Album at the French Victoires de la Musique. The album was celebrated in various year-end critics' lists, solidifying her status in the electronic music scene.

After a brief hiatus, Uffie made a comeback in 2019 with the independent release of her EP, Tokyo Love Hotel, showcasing her continued evolution as an artist and her dedication to her craft.
