Víctor Núñez

Víctor Núñez, born on April fifteenth, nineteen eighty, is a distinguished figure in the world of football, both as a player and a coach. Originally hailing from the Dominican Republic, he relocated to Costa Rica at the tender age of nine, where he would go on to make a significant impact in the sport.

Throughout his illustrious career as a forward, Núñez showcased his exceptional talent with several prominent clubs, including C.S. Herediano, L.D. Alajuelense, and Deportivo Saprissa. His remarkable goal-scoring ability earned him the all-time record for the most goals in Costa Rica's first division, a testament to his skill and dedication on the field.

After retiring from professional play, Núñez transitioned into coaching and currently serves as an assistant coach at C.S. Herediano. His extensive experience and knowledge of the game continue to influence the next generation of footballers.

In addition to his club success, Núñez became a naturalized citizen of Costa Rica on January thirty-first, two thousand three, and proudly represented the Costa Rica national team on the international stage.
