Victor Pickard

Victor Pickard, born on October twenty-third, nineteen oh three, was a distinguished Canadian track and field athlete renowned for his prowess in the pole vault and javelin throw. His athletic journey reached a significant milestone when he represented Canada at the 1924 Summer Olympics, where he showcased his skills by finishing fifth in the pole vault event and placing twenty-eighth in the javelin throw competition.

Four years later, at the 1928 Summer Olympics, Pickard continued to excel, achieving a commendable fourth place in the pole vault contest.
