Vinícius José Paixão de Oliveira Júnior, widely known as Vinícius Júnior or Vini Jr., was born on July 12, 2000, in São Gonçalo, Brazil. He is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for the prestigious La Liga club Real Madrid and the Brazil national team. Renowned for his exceptional pace, technical skills, and dribbling ability, Vinícius is often regarded as one of the best players in the world.

Vinícius began his professional journey at Flamengo, making his senior debut at the tender age of sixteen in 2017. Shortly thereafter, he attracted attention from La Liga giants Real Madrid, who secured his transfer for a record-breaking thirty-eight million pounds, a national record for a player under eighteen. The transfer was finalized after his eighteenth birthday, leading to his debut for Real Madrid in the 2018–19 season.
