Viola Davis

Viola Davis, born on August 11, 1965, is a celebrated American actress and film producer, renowned for her remarkable contributions to stage, film, and television. A graduate of Juilliard, she began her artistic journey in Central Falls, Rhode Island, where she honed her craft in small stage productions. Her Broadway debut came in 1996 with August Wilson's play Seven Guitars, earning her first Tony nomination and setting the stage for a prolific career.

Davis's accolades are a testament to her talent, including the prestigious Triple Crown of Acting and the coveted EGOT status. She has been recognized as one of Time's 100 most influential people in the world in both 2012 and 2017. The New York Times honored her as the ninth greatest actor of the 21st century in 2020, and she received the Cecil B.
