Virgil Hill

Virgil Hill, born on January eighteenth, nineteen sixty-four, is a distinguished American former professional boxer whose career spanned from nineteen eighty-four to two thousand fifteen. Renowned for his exceptional skills in the ring, Hill made a significant mark in the world of boxing, becoming a world champion in two weight classes.

Throughout his illustrious career, Hill held the World Boxing Association (WBA) light heavyweight title on two occasions, from nineteen eighty-seven to nineteen ninety-seven. He also claimed the International Boxing Federation (IBF) light heavyweight title between nineteen ninety-six and nineteen ninety-seven. Additionally, he secured the WBA cruiserweight title twice, with reigns from two thousand to two thousand seven.
