Vladimir of Novgorod

Vladimir of Novgorod, born in the year one thousand twenty, was a prominent political figure who served as the Prince of Novgorod from one thousand thirty-six until his passing in one thousand fifty-two. As the eldest son of Yaroslav I the Wise and Ingegerd Olofsdotter, he was part of a lineage that intertwined the royal families of both Kievan Rus and Sweden.
