Vladimir Rushailo

Vladimir Rushailo, born on July twenty-eighth, nineteen fifty-three, is a notable Russian politician and statesperson. His career has been marked by significant roles in the security and governance of Russia, particularly during a tumultuous period in the nation's history.

Rushailo served as the General of the Moscow City Police, where he found himself in direct conflict with the notorious Georgian mob boss, Otari Kvantrishvili. This confrontation highlighted the challenges faced by law enforcement in Russia during the late twentieth century.

From nineteen ninety-nine to two thousand one, he held the position of Interior Minister of Russia, a role that required him to oversee the security of critical internal sites, including high-value train shipments and nuclear weapons facilities.
