Vladimir Ryzhkov

Vladimir Ryzhkov, born on September third, nineteen sixty-six, is a prominent Russian historian and a liberal politician known for his significant contributions to the political landscape of Russia. He served as a member of the State Duma from nineteen ninety-three to two thousand seven, where he represented the city of Barnaul. His political journey includes notable roles such as the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma and the leader of the parliamentary group Our Home – Russia.

In addition to his political career, Ryzhkov is a respected academic, holding a candidate degree in historical sciences and serving as a professor at the Higher School of Economics.
