Wilfred Benítez

Wilfred Benítez, born on September 12, 1958, in Puerto Rico, is a celebrated former professional boxer who made history as the youngest world champion in the sport. At just seventeen years old, he captured his first of three world titles across different weight divisions, showcasing his remarkable talent and determination.

Renowned for his exceptional defensive skills, Benítez is often regarded as one of the greatest defensive boxers of all time. His aggressive fighting style and strategic prowess in the ring have left an indelible mark on the sport, earning him a place among the legends of boxing.
