Wilfrid Napier

Wilfrid Fox Napier, born on March eighth, nineteen forty-one, is a distinguished South African Catholic prelate known for his significant contributions to the Church. He served as the Archbishop of Durban from nineteen ninety-two until twenty twenty-one, a role in which he demonstrated profound leadership and commitment to his faith.

Before his tenure in Durban, Napier was the Bishop of Kokstad from nineteen eighty-one to nineteen ninety-two. His pastoral work during this period laid a strong foundation for his later responsibilities as Archbishop, where he continued to advocate for social justice and community development.
