Wissam Ben Yedder, born on August 12, 1990, is a distinguished French professional footballer renowned for his prowess as a striker. He began his football journey at the amateur club UJA Alfortville before making a significant leap to Toulouse in 2010. During his tenure at Toulouse, he made a remarkable impact, netting seventy-one goals in one hundred seventy-four appearances, thus surpassing André-Pierre Gignac to become the club's greatest league scorer of the 21st century.

In 2016, Ben Yedder transferred to Sevilla for a fee of ten million euros, where he continued to shine, scoring seventy goals in one hundred thirty-eight matches over three seasons. His impressive performances led to a lucrative move to Monaco in 2019 for forty million euros. At Monaco, he quickly established himself, finishing as joint-Ligue 1 top scorer in his debut season and accumulating one hundred eighteen goals in two hundred one appearances before his release in 2024.

After leaving Monaco, Ben Yedder joined Sepahan on a free transfer in 2025, where he played for the remainder of the season. He then moved to Sakaryaspor in September of the same year, and in 2026, he signed with Moroccan club Wydad AC, continuing his professional career.
