Yakir Aharonov

Yakir Aharonov, born on August twenty-eighth, nineteen thirty-two, is a prominent Israeli physicist renowned for his contributions to quantum physics. He has held the esteemed position of Professor of Theoretical Physics and the James J. Farley Professor of Natural Philosophy at Chapman University in California since two thousand eight.

His academic journey includes a distinguished tenure as a professor at the Perimeter Institute from two thousand nine to two thousand twelve. Additionally, he is a professor emeritus at both Tel Aviv University and the University of South Carolina, showcasing his extensive influence in the field of theoretical physics.
