Yasmani Copello

Yasmani Copello, born on April fifteenth, nineteen eighty-seven, is a distinguished track and field hurdler originally from Cuba, who now proudly represents Turkey on the international stage. His remarkable athletic prowess is highlighted by a personal best of forty-seven point eighty-one seconds in the 400 metres hurdles, achieved during the final of the 2018 European Athletics Championships held in Berlin.

Before his transition to representing Turkey, Copello made significant contributions to Cuban athletics. He earned a silver medal at the 2008 Central American and Caribbean Championships and was a key member of the gold medal-winning 4 × 400 metres relay team at the same year's Ibero-American Championships in Athletics. His talent shone brightly at the ALBA Games, where he secured two silver medals in the hurdles and two gold medals in relay events in the years two thousand seven and two thousand nine.
