Yerry Mina

Yerry Mina, born on September twenty-third, nineteen ninety-four, is a distinguished Colombian professional footballer who currently plays as a centre-back for Serie A club Cagliari and the Colombia national team. His football journey began at Deportivo Pasto, but it was at Independiente Santa Fe where he truly made his mark, winning the Categoría Primera A in two thousand fourteen, the Superliga Colombiana in two thousand fifteen, and the Copa Sudamericana the same year. His outstanding performance during the Copa Sudamericana earned him the title of Young Player of the Year and a spot in the Team of the Year.

In two thousand sixteen, Mina transferred to Palmeiras, where he continued to shine by winning the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and being recognized as the Best Centre Back in Brazil.
