Yoo Young-chul, born on April 18, 1970, is infamously known as the Raincoat Killer, a moniker that reflects the chilling nature of his crimes. This South Korean serial killer and self-confessed cannibal gained notoriety for his brutal acts against vulnerable individuals, primarily targeting prostitutes and affluent elderly couples. His reign of terror spanned from September 2003 to July 2004, culminating in a series of heinous murders that shocked the nation.
