Yoshinori Kitase

Yoshinori Kitase, born on September twenty-third, nineteen sixty-six, is a prominent figure in the video game industry, renowned for his influential role at Square Enix. As a company director and video game producer, he has made significant contributions to some of the most beloved titles in gaming history.

Kitase is celebrated for his directorial work on iconic games such as Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, and Final Fantasy X. His expertise extends to producing major titles, including Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XIII, and the highly acclaimed Final Fantasy VII Remake series.

In addition to his production and directorial roles, Kitase is a key member of the board of directors at both Square Enix Co, Ltd and Square Enix Holdings.
