Yulduz Usmonova, born on December twelfth, nineteen sixty-three, in Margilan, Uzbekistan, is a celebrated singer, songwriter, composer, actress, and politician. Growing up in a family that worked at a silk factory, she developed a passion for music early on, which led her to study at the pedagogical institute in her hometown.
Her remarkable talent was discovered by Gavharxonim Rahimova during a Women’s Day performance, which opened many doors for her. Under the guidance of esteemed professors from the Uzbekistan State Conservatory, Yulduz honed her vocal skills and emerged as a prominent figure in the music scene following Uzbekistan's independence in nineteen ninety-one.
Usmonova's fame quickly spread beyond Uzbekistan, captivating audiences across Central Asia and later in Turkey. She is recognized as the People's Artist of Uzbekistan and has also been honored in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan. Her diverse repertoire includes songs in various languages, such as Uzbek, Uyghur, Turkish, Russian, Tajik, Arabic, Kazakh, Indian, and Tatar.
