Yuriy Lutsenko, born on December fourteenth, nineteen sixty-four, is a prominent Ukrainian politician known for his extensive career in public service. He first entered the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, in two thousand two and has been re-elected multiple times, showcasing his enduring influence in Ukrainian politics.
Throughout his career, Lutsenko held significant positions, including serving as the Minister of Internal Affairs in the cabinets of Yulia Tymoshenko, Yuriy Yekhanurov, and Viktor Yanukovych. Notably, he became the first civilian to lead the Ministry of Internal Affairs in February two thousand five, marking a pivotal moment in the agency's history.
