Zachary Lagha

Zachary Lagha, born on April fifteenth, nineteen ninety-nine, is a prominent Canadian ice dancer known for his remarkable achievements in the sport. Partnered with Marjorie Lajoie, he has made a significant mark in the world of figure skating, earning accolades such as two-time Four Continents bronze medallist in twenty twenty-three and twenty twenty-five, and a seven-time Grand Prix medallist.

Throughout his career, Lagha and Lajoie have showcased their talent on various prestigious platforms. They clinched the title at the twenty twenty-two CS Nepela Memorial and the twenty twenty-two CS Budapest Trophy, in addition to being five-time Canadian national medallists. Their dedication and skill led them to represent Canada at the Winter Olympics in twenty twenty-two and twenty twenty-six.

The duo began their journey in the youth ranks, securing gold medals at the two thousand fifteen Canadian Novice Championships and the two thousand fifteen Canada Winter Games. They made their international junior debut with a series of impressive performances, winning four medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix and three national junior titles. Notably, they became the second Canadian dance team to win the World Junior Championships in two thousand nineteen.
