Zahra Nemati

Zahra Nemati, born on April thirtieth, nineteen eighty-five, is a remarkable Iranian archer who has made her mark on the world stage as both a Paralympic and Olympic athlete. Her journey into the world of sports began with taekwondo, where she showcased her talent and determination. However, a life-altering car accident led to her paralysis, changing the course of her athletic career.

Despite the challenges she faced, Zahra transitioned to archery, where she found her true calling. At the 2012 Summer Paralympics, she achieved extraordinary success, winning two medals: an individual gold and a team bronze. Her accomplishments not only highlight her skill but also her resilience and dedication to her sport.

In addition to her Paralympic achievements, Zahra qualified to compete in both the 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Summer Paralympics.
