Zerobaseone

Zerobaseone is a dynamic South Korean boy band that emerged from Mnet's reality competition program, Boys Planet. Managed by WakeOne, the group originally comprised nine members but currently consists of five talented individuals: Kim Ji-woong, Sung Han-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, and Park Gun-wook. In March 2026, four members—Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyu-vin, and Han Yu-jin—departed following the expiration of their contracts.

Their debut took place on July 10, 2023, with the release of their extended play, Youth in the Shade. The EP was met with remarkable commercial success, selling over two million units and reaching the top position on the South Korean Circle Album Chart. It also gained international acclaim, being recognized as one of the best-selling albums worldwide by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI).

Among the standout tracks from the EP, the lead single, 'In Bloom,' made its mark by charting on the Billboard Global 200. Zerobaseone's impact on the music scene was further solidified when they achieved a 'Rookie Grand Slam' in 2023-2024, sweeping ten Rookie of the Year awards across various prestigious domestic ceremonies, including the Golden Disc Awards, MAMA Awards, Melon Music Awards, and Seoul Music Awards.
